COMPANY POLICY
Payment must be received within 3 business days after order is confirmed. We have right to cancel your order after 3 business days, if we don't receive your payment with confirmed address.
All items in our store are brand new Factory Fresh, not refurbished.
DELIVERY
We use only our shipping accounts for shipping the orders! Please do not ask to use yours.
Oridinary we use Hongkong Post to send parcels by air. It usually takes 15 to 20 business days to arrive. We can also offer you a tracking number. So you can tracking the delivery of your parcel.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on each product sold. Unsatisfied products could be returned within 60 days counted after the date of purchase. All returned products must be in well conditions with intact, full and orginal package. Money will be refunded immediately after product arrival.
Shipping fees are not refundable. We shall not pay for the return shippings, nor shall we refund promotional shipping. Customers have to pay for the return shipping. Once the items are received, money will be transfer back to customer’s paypal account.
ANNOUNCEMENT
According to our past experience, most of our popular items were out of stock well before main Western festivals, for example Christmas and Easter. Customers had to wait at least 2 weeks for new stock reimbursement. Though we have try our best to keep adequate stock, please choose to place your order before these periods.
